Antwerp Summer University 2022: full programme launched!

Are you already looking forward to next summer? So are we! The University of Antwerp is delighted to announce all the Antwerp Summer University courses on offer from late June until early September. Spread the word or apply to one of our 26 on-campus, online and hybrid summer schools if you are interested in an unforgettable summer full of knowledge and fun.

About Antwerp Summer & Winter University

Since 2010, the University of Antwerp offers short-term academic programmes based on the excellence of the university and its partners. The initiative started out in the summer of 2010 with 3 programmes and 70 students. By 2022, it has developed into a highly diversified offer that annually caters to over 600 international students from 65 different countries during both the summer and winter periods.

First winter schools in 2022

In February 2022 and for the first time in our offer, the winter schools on Electrocatalysis and re-ACT by design - International Design Workshop Week have successfully kicked off the 2022 edition of Antwerp Summer and Winter University!

  • All programmes offer high-quality education (lectures, visits, workshops).

  • Participants can acquire ECTS credits and microcredentials upon successful completion.

  • Target groups are different for each programme (students, researchers and/or professionals).

  • Scholarships and reduced fees are available for various summer schools.

  • Fun and interesting social activities are organised during evenings and weekends.

  • 98% of last year's participants would recommend Antwerp Summer University to others.
