Mckinsey presenta una nueva iniciativa “McKinsey Achievement Awards ”.
Dichos premios están dirigidos a estudiantes de grado o máster o profesionales con menos de 5 años de experiencia y de cualquier grado o disciplina, que se encuentran en menor representación en puestos de responsabilidad.
Los seleccionados recibirán una beca de $2.500 USD y también se les dará la oportunidad de participar en un programa de mentorship en el que conocerán a consultores de McKinsey.
Los interesados podrán enviar su candidatura hasta el 21 de mayo de 2021 y nos gustaría contar con vuestra ayuda para hacer la difusión.

We are very excited to announce the launch of the McKinsey Achievement Awards and we invite you to apply!
McKinsey is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is passionate about developing leaders. The McKinsey Achievement Awards aim to recognize and support talented individuals around the world whose backgrounds may be currently underrepresented in leadership roles.
Each award recipient will receive $2,500 USD (or equivalent in local currency) and an invitation to a mentorship program.
The awards are open to early-stage-career professionals with fewer than 5 years of work experience, and current students from all universities and disciplines, including law, medicine, and engineering, as well as PhD, MBA, and Master’s degrees.
