The Next Generation Women Leaders award is a program designed for high potential female students from any discipline or background. Recipients will be awarded a financial scholarship of 2,000 Euros (or equivalent in local currency) combined with individual mentorship from McKinsey consultants. The scholarship can be put towards the cost of tuition, summer employment, volunteer work, research or any other initiative supporting your academic and/or professional development.
