Facultad de Informática students can access their Windows and Unix shared directories from their private PCs or laptops. To access these directories, students should use the SCP/SFTP protocol to log in to the www.alumnos.fi.upm.es server entering their usual user name and password. Linux has scp and sftp commands, whereas Windows users can install open software (WinSCP, Filezilla).
